• Account information: Your email address, collected when you create an account.
• Profile information: Your divorce stage and U.S. state, which you provide to personalize your experience.
• Message Coach content: Drafts, co-parent messages, and background context you enter into the Message Coach. This content is processed by our AI service to generate rewrites and coaching advice.
• Incident Log entries: Dates, descriptions, people present, and financial amounts you log in the Incident Log feature.
• Feedback: Any feedback you submit through the app's feedback feature.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage events: We log actions such as rewrite requests, version copies, and iteration feedback to improve our Service. These events are tied to your user ID.
• Payment information: If you subscribe to Premium, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect information from children under 13.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We do not use your message content or incident logs for advertising purposes.

• Anthropic: Our AI provider processes content you enter into the Message Coach.
• Supabase: Our database provider stores your account data and incident logs.
• Stripe: Our payment processor handles subscription billing.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or court order.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete all personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
